WEYMOUTH - Jody is currently working with Western Design Architects and a regional housebuilder to develop an outline strategic masterplan for a 30ha site in Dorset, including a large strategic parkland facility, which will form the basis for a hybrid application for the overall scheme and Phase 1.

The project is particularly challenging because of the topography of the site and the flooding issues across the area.

Jody's work has involved not only masterplanning, but also planning policy review, liason with technical consultants for drainage and transport, but also stakeholder consultation with a wide range of specialists within the Local Authority & County Council.

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT, ISLE OF WIGHT - Jody is currently providing urban design services to a local developer for a stunning waterfront site on the IOW which will be developed with residential properties with commerical and leisure space at ground floor level. With a landmark location, beach frontage and stunning views this site will become the place for aspirational beach front living. Her role includes design advise for the project architect, preparation of the Design & Access Statement, and liason with the Local Council Design Team.
