Sailing has been Jody's passion since she was 8 years old. In over 20 years of water sports obsession she's amassed a wealth of knowledge about the way the marine and waterfront environment works, and inparticular the design requirements and opportunities relating to marina's, recreational watersports, commercial marine development, and waterfront development.
Many people in the development industry can see the potential of waterfront & marine development, but most don't necessarily understand the design implications, the way the leisure marine market operates, the requirements of the commercial marine industry and how to approach the technical & environmental requirements. Jody speaks this language.
Want to really understand your waterfront sites potential. Have your analysis done by someone who understands if that marina idea will really work, or if the costs of dredging it will ruin its viability!
Jody enjoys both doing detailed design herself and working to support architects and other design professionals. Make sure you don't waste time and money on unfeasable designs by working with someone who knows what the turning circle of a travel hoist is, how much dredged depth you need for a 30 foot boat, and what kind of space you need to attract a major international yachting event.
