At Spindrift we have experience of providing management consultancy services as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Urban Planning. These roles require not only extensive knowledge of planning and masterplanning but also an understanding of business process mapping and procedure as well as specialist management consultancy software such as ARIS.

Critically success in this area of work requires an ability to critically appraise existing working practises, and an ability to identify and develop opportunities at the visioning stage.

Process development requires both the ability to work independently and channel best practise opportunities, and to work with stakeholders to develop a unique response to their local situation. This is particularly critical when working with foreign clients in locations such as the Middle East, where differing local approaches to land ownership and application processing require consultants to get up to speed quickly and think laterally.
